Local storage

Bet Tracker records, calculator preferences and the analytics-consent choice are stored locally in the user’s browser. Oddspira does not require an account and does not upload tracker records to a server.

Optional Google Analytics

Oddspira uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-2BB98TN2YW) only after the visitor selects “Accept analytics”. Before consent, the Google Analytics script is not loaded and no analytics data is sent to Google.

After consent, Google Analytics may collect page views, interactions, approximate location, device and browser information, and may set cookies such as _ga. Advertising storage, ad-user-data and ad-personalization consent remain denied. Google signals and advertising-personalization signals are disabled in our configuration.

Consent can be rejected without affecting any calculator. The choice can be changed or withdrawn at any time using “Privacy settings” in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future Analytics loading and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies from this domain; data already processed before withdrawal may remain subject to Google’s retention settings and terms.

Google may process analytics data in countries outside the visitor’s country under its applicable contractual and legal safeguards. See Google’s own privacy information for details.

Email newsletter and marketing consent

Oddspira collects an email address only when a visitor actively selects the separate, unchecked marketing-consent box on the newsletter page and submits the form. The purpose is to send occasional news, product updates, guides and relevant offers from Oddspira. The legal basis is consent.

We use a double opt-in process: a subscription is completed only after the visitor clicks the confirmation link sent to the submitted email address. Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe link, and consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Brevo processes newsletter subscriptions and email delivery on Oddspira’s behalf. The email address is retained until the subscriber withdraws consent or the data is no longer needed for the newsletter purpose.
